YOUR COMPANY. YOUR DATA.

Shared Innovation, Private Data.
Receive approved EmpireOS improvements while your company’s private information stays separate from other customer deployments. EmpireSync is optional. Data isolation is part of every setup.
Shared product improvements
New features, reliability fixes, security updates, and workflow improvements can be delivered through an agreed release process.
Private company information
Your leads, customer records, calls, recordings, reports, users, credentials, and company settings are not shared with other customers through EmpireSync.
How updates, support, and integrations work
- Your team agrees on the release schedule, approval contact, checks, and rollback plan before enrollment.
- Customer-hosted licensed deployments require customer-controlled infrastructure and restricted vendor access. Your onboarding team verifies these controls before launch.
- Support uses customer-generated, redacted bundles. When approved operational reporting is enabled, it can include aggregate usage totals such as call counts and talk time, without customer content or individual call records.
- Your selected calling, CRM, and other providers receive the information needed for the services you configure. Review those connections during setup.
This records your setup preference. Our team confirms enrollment and privacy controls before activation.
